Sharing Some Resources for Writers
October 20, 2005 2 commentsIt's been a while since my last blog entry. I've been busy finishing up my craft article for the Paducah Parenting and Family magazine. In addition, I have also been re-organizing my work area. Now that i'm caught up again, and can find things more easily I'm back to blogging tonight.
A freelance writer has to keep writing and submitting in order to make a living, right? The past couple of days I've been working on some article ideas I've come up with, and tonight I'm in the process of searching out potential markets for one of those articles. In my search I've been finding quite a few paying markets through some websites for writers. In addition, I have also been finding some very helpful information on these sites. Because some of these websites are useful I'd like to share them with all you other writers out there. So here's my list of useful website for writers--they all contain paying markets too:

http://www.questia.com/Index.jsp - To find markets hit search and go from there. This is also a great site for research.

If I find more useful sites for writers later I'll be sure to edit this posting and add them too. It's off to more market research for me. I hope you find my list of resources helpful. Until next time, never give up on your dreams, work toward them!
Hi from AW! Congratulations on your successful sale and new assignment.
Very nice of you to put up the links, too.
Congrats from me too, Misty.
